Glamping Cornwall near Padstow
Our beautiful secluded glamping paddock in Cornwall near Padstow has inspired us to create a small but luxurious Glamping Site in a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty in North Cornwall. Lowarth is the old Cornish word for garden. You will just love our Luxury Belle Tent glamping just a few minutes from the upmarket country town of Wadebridge, close to Padstow. Lowarth has wonderful panoramic views. On a clear day you can see as far as Rough Tor and Brown Willy, the two highest points on Bodmin Moor, and there is also a view of the headland on either side of the Camel Estuary and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. We are in such a great position with good access to so many of Cornwall’s attractions, from long sandy beaches to period homes and world famous gardens.
We have six comfortable and cosy Lotus Belle Tents furnished and equipped to a high standard for your comfort and convenience and are offered at very competitive rates.
OUR LOTUS BELLE TENTS
Each of the six Lotus Belle Tents are surrounded by their own garden, set in a beautiful, secluded paddock, enclosed by mature native hedging with additional planting of wild flowers and shrubs. Fields occupied by horses and sheep, with just one country lane for access surround the Paddock, it is totally peaceful.
Our tents are made of a high quality, heavy duty canvas and PVC base and their structure is sturdy and strong. The innovative design of the Lotus Belle allows the groundsheet to clip into place on the wall poles creating a ‘dish’, which prevents water and unwanted creepy crawlies from entering the tent. Unlike other Bell Tents, the Lotus Belle is unique in providing standing space throughout the whole of the interior, allowing for a much more comfortable camping experience.
We have furnished our tents in a simple contemporary style and extra comfort and warmth has been provided with the use of carpets and soft rugs. We have also fitted a wood burner in each tent to ensure a cosy and warm stay whatever the weather.
The 4 meter Belle tent is perfect for couples alone or with a child under 1 year sleeping in a travel cot, whilst the 5 meter tent can comfortably accommodate four adults. However if you wish to include an additional one or two people in the tent then additional beds, bedding and seating can also be provided, just let us know on booking.
INCLUDED IN THE BELLE TENT is the following:
- Comfy double bed with all the bedding supplied (duvet and blankets)
