The Boutique Camping brand was born from a love of camping in Bell Tents at festivals; so we understand how magical and enjoyable it can be. These camping experiences ultimately inspired us to do what we do today!
The Hire side of Boutique Camping was created to give everyone an opportunity to experience a piece of that magic without having to lift a finger! Hiring with us is hassle free and has been tailored to make sure you get a stylish, enjoyable and comfortable camping experience. Over the years we have dealt with a diverse range of events that we have placed into three categories:
PARTIES, WEDDINGS, CORPORATE HIRE AND FESTIVALS
We have all the tents and the furnishings you’ll need. All the hard work will be done for you; we’ll come and set everything up the day before your event, and come and pack everything away the day after. So all you need to do is turn up, and enjoy!
At Boutique Camping we offer a personal service to all our private events whether it is a children’s party, a 30th Birthday or a wedding, we will work closely with you to make sure all your needs are catered for.
We love weddings! And we understand how special this day is for everyone involved. We are extremely experienced in providing beautiful mini glamping villages for guests, and a beautiful bridal suite for the happy couple. We can even manage all your guests’ bookings directly for you prior to the event.
Our Corporate hire offers tents for an array of different uses, whether it is used as a workshop, a chill out area, photo shoot or for Film and TV, we can set the tents up ready for your use.
There are two packages that we offer for festival hire; our dry hire service or alternatively our check-in/check-out service. The former is a service where we can set up the tents and furnishing prior to your arrival and will collect subsequent to the event. The check-in/check-out service is a VIP Luxury Camping experience, which is tailored to your requirements. With this we also offer a 24-hour manned service, security, chill-out area and Café. We supply Bell Tents, which is a traditional 100% cotton canvas tent, like yurts or Tipi’s; these are round tents that have a classic look. They have a zipped ground sheet which can be undone and the sides can be rolled up to create a nice relaxation area or just enjoy the breeze on a hot
We supply these in four sizes:
4m – Sleeps 2/4 people (13ft)
5m – Sleeps 4/6 people (16.5ft)
6m – Groups /parties (19.7ft)
7m – Large groups /parties (22.9ft)
The 4m tent is perfect for couples and can sleep up to 4 people. The 5m is great for 4 people and has available space for up to 6 people. The 6 and 7m are both great for a central chill out area or special functions such as bridal suites.
WHAT WE CAN SUPPLY FOR EACH TENT
Our standard furniture pack comprises of any number of roll up beds that are required (just let us know how any singes and doubles you would like), a small table, Indian rug, cushions, throw and bunting. We also offer XL beanbags in an array of different colours and full bedding with futon mattress upgrades.
The tents can be labelled to make them identifiable and a small combination lock can be provided for security should you require one. For wedding packages, we offer a free upgrade for bridal suites.
Our team is very flexible and we cater to you, so if there is anything in particular you require, please let us know and we will endeavour to cater accordingly to you requirements.
DELIVERY SET UP AND COLLECTION
There will be a delivery charge for your event; this will be calculated by the distance we will travel and the volume of stock needed. Please contact us at email@example.com for an accurate quote. We generally set up the day prior and collect the day after the event. Alternatively we can setup and convenience.
With all our bell tent hire services, we will take a £100 deposit per tent, which is refunded to you subsequent to your event, providing
nothing is missing, ripped or broken.
BELL TENT COSTS
Bell Tents pre-erected weekend hire
(minimum 5 tents)
4m = £125 tent only (£150 inc VAT)
5m = £160 tent only (£196 inc VAT)
6m = £200 tent only (£240 inc VAT)
7m = £250 tent only (£300 inc VAT)
Additionally, we can provide a fully kitted 7m tent for £400 including VAT. This kit includes:
beanbags, Rugs, cushions, throws, lanterns,buntings & sheepskins.
For any larger bookings we can offer a 5% discount for 10 tents or more and a 10% discount for
20 tents or more.
Standard Furniture pack per tent (Single / double roll up beds, small table, Indian rug,
cushions, throw and bunting) = £35 (£42 inc. VAT)
Full bedding per person = £16.67 (£20 inc VAT)
XL Bean bag = £16.50 (£19.80 inc VAT)
Futon Mattress per person = £15 (£18 inc VAT)
Festoon Lighting 2x 20m length = £40 (£48 inc VAT)
6m Festival Silk Flags = £40 Each (£48 inc VAT)
Traditional wooden hot tub with wood burning stove = £375 (£450 inc VAT)
Wood burning stove per tent = £41.66 (£50 inc VAT)
Over the years we have always worked very closely with an event agency called ‘The Halo Group’. They specialise in bespoke and creative events and can provide anything from sound, to structure, lighting, DJ, and caterers. They can also advise you on locations and will work closely with you from initial contact through to after the event has taken place to provide you with a truly luxury camping experience.
